Paul Adolph
Director, Construction Operations
Paul has over thirty years of direct experience in commercial construction management. Starting his career as a Field Engineer requiring a "Q" level security clearance, Paul worked his way up from several superintendent positions to Project Manager.
Paul has supervised and managed projects such as tenant finishes that include retail space as well as new construction for high rise and low rise office buildings, schools and many other commercial sites. He has direct experience as Director of Operations managing a team of project managers and superintendents. Paul champions a strong emphasis in quality and cost control, client relations, safety compliance, job site efficiency and conformance to contract documents.
The strength that Paul brings to the Sholar companies is his extensive knowledge of construction best practices, problem-solving, interpersonal communications, project scheduling, knowledge of construction costs and management skills. Paul's commitment to customer satisfaction sets the expectation for the entire construction department.
