Located on a sloping site, this 18,000 SF building is situated to take advantage of the views of the Denver skyline. The exterior is synthetic stucco with large dark tiles to give contrast to the warm stucco and to provide a grounded feel to the building. A dramatic sloped exterior wall is hanging over the entry drive lane, creating an exciting character to the site, as well as to the building.
