This unique 1970's style building is on a prominent corner in the redevelopment area of Lakewood . It is a 46,000 SF seven-story building and has narrow slot windows. The proposed design evokes the traditional character of the redevelopment area using the basic form of the existing building creating a new base element along with a prominent capital. Sholar proposed to replace 6 of the existing precast panels with new glazing to increase the wonderful views.
