The 19,800 square foot single loaded shopping center located in Evans , Colorado is the first building of a planned retail development site and was opened for occupancy in late 1999. The site is sloped from one end of the center to the other and the architecture addresses this constraint with three stepped, yet connected, pods. It is also designed with tenant flexibility in mind in order to provide space expansion within the shell throughout the pods. The primary building materials are brick masonry and exterior insulated finish system. The shell structure is composed of steel and concrete masonry units.
