The City of Lakewood , the Jefferson County Economic Development Council, and the Denver Regional Council of Governments (DRCOG) requested help in planning a 14 acre site in the heart of Lakewood . Sholar Design designed a 2.5 million square foot City Center featuring mixed-use zoning radiating from a public transportation core.
