Located in a Historic District on the National Register near the location of Coors Field baseball stadium, this adaptive re-use project was designed to provide a large formal dining area, a more casual "sports bar" area, as well as a spacious outdoor dining area. The excellent proximity to the stadium and the historic district makes this location superior to others the owners considered. The historic character of the area provided the motif for both the exterior and the interior of the building. A vacant area next to the building provided an opportunity to create an outdoor dining area where clients can enjoy the pleasant Colorado climate.
