The intimate retail center is a part of the El Rancho development located near Evergreen Parkway and I-70. It provides for 27,000 sf of retail/restaurant use on a 8.61 acre site. The mountain site provides for high visibility of the center upon approach on Evergreen parkway. Four buildings of varying height and area are designed with contemporary styling as expressed through a Colorado mountain vernacular, which include stone veneer and stucco walls, architectural metal roofing, and exposed trusses and minor architectural supports. Proposed tenants include Starbucks, Qdoba Mexican Grille, and Chili's restaurants.
