Located in the heart of the old warehouse area of Denver , this 2.5 acre site is a total storage facility. Included are perimeter storage units totaling 16,200 square feet with expansion space in the future. The main building is a two story structure with a partial basement. It contains two a large freight elevators serving 66,000 square feet of environmentally controlled storage. A new 1500 square foot entry/office was created with a 1,400 square foot residence above for the manager.
