The Nebraska based Adams Bank & Trust has commissioned Sholar Design and Construction to design and build several new facilities in Colorado . The first branch, which will serve as the new Colorado prototype, is located in Firestone, Colorado and is situated in a newly developed commercial center. The two-story building provides for a 6,000 square-foot banking facility to be used entirely by Adams Bank & Trust on the first floor, while the second floor will serve as lease space. The prototype design includes the use of stucco and stone exterior, with architectural metal roofing.

This new 5,500 square foot single story building with a 1,500 square foot partial basement is based on the Adams Bank new Colorado prototype, which incorporates a stucco and stone exterior with a sloped green architectural metal roof. A portion of the facility also provides for lease space which is separate from the bank space. The vaulted interior ceiling and the large windows provide a dramatic interior that frame the mountain views and bring this Nebraska based bank to their new home along the Front Range.
