The Credit Union purchased an existing 14,000 square foot, two story building, in Golden to remodel for their new home.

A new glass entry vestibule was created to bring members into the updated building. As a member enters into the facility, a reception station and a grand staircase that flows to the second floor welcomes them. The large area of the second floor was opened and a bridge was added to connect the two sides of the second floor. We retained as many walls and rooms that functioned with the new plan, also retaining the electrical and mechanical services helping to maintain the budget. The interior colors and feeling of warmth works well with the "Colorado Rockies" theme.
