This existing
3,140 SF main floor with a 3,000 SF basement medical
clinic has been transformed from a "house looking" structure
to a contemporary commercial bank. The roof has been
transformed to accent the existing brick and incorporates
the new drive-thru lanes. The basement has been opened
up with large windows into a recessed landscaped area.
The interior is very open with lighting and dramatic
paint colors for a friendly flowing feeling for the
employees and the customers. |

The location of this 4,300 SF building
is in the heart of Old Town Fort Collins. We have taken
advantage of the pedestrian and vehicular traffic with
large windows, easy access and an inviting interior.
The exterior has been updated, but remains respectful
to its historic past. The interior is dramatic with
high coffered ceilings and warm wood accented against
the sleek aluminum window frames. We have angled the
office walls from top to bottom to create another dimension
to this narrow space. |

The existing industrial bank in a residential neighborhood is one block from downtown Longmont . We were to convert it to a full service bank, which encompassed an extensive interior remodel of the 3,760 square feet. The challenge was that the bank was in full operation during construction.
First Community Bank brought concepts from their New Mexico home, such as fixture design and technological expertise. We incorporated their needs along with the existing building constraints to create a warm, comfortable feeling bank that is open and functional. |

This prime location on the first floor of an office building is centered in a very active business area in the city. We used the available 4,000 SF and dramatically opened it up to the lobby
with large glass sliding doors. This flow makes the space seem even larger and more inviting to customers. Combining design elements from the existing building, First Community Bank branding materials and images, then using our architectural and interior design talent, we created a warm but contemporary environment for all to enjoy.
