Heartland Bank is a large established banking institution based in St. Louis , Missouri . Sholar Architecture and Construction worked with the bank to provide their first Colorado facility. The existing 4-story, 1980's building in the prestigious area of North Cherry Creek gives a solid presence to the Heartland image. We have updated the exterior and created a new and dynamic entry to the retail level. This space is finished with warm, rich tones of wood and stone to provide comfort and quality for the clientele in a contemporary style, yet acknowledging tradition. The fourth floor has been modified for the executive level and for loan personnel, leaving the balance of the building for future expansion.
