A 2,777 square foot branch located in the Defense Financial Accounting Services (DFAS) complex, which has 3,000 employees in a single building. This branch is very open and designed to accommodate high volumes of members at peak times. Also working in a governmental building posed a number of additional challenges in regards to scheduling and process of doing the work. The final space gives the members a pleasant and functional space to easily and quickly transact business.
