This design draws on the rich architectural heritage of the metro area to enhance the pedestrian friendly, urban character of the development. The architecture is inspired by the Brick Four-Square style, one of the most notable examples of which is Westminster's own Bowles House Museum. Modern curved dormers over a historic-red brick veneer and architecturally correct Tuscan porch columns highlight the front elevations. The staggered hip roofs and two-tone siding helps to identify individual units in the building.
