The Idalia Court Condominium project was developed over a five acre reclaimed landfill adjacent to Tollgate Creek in Aurora , Colorado . The project consists of fifty-four 1400 SF, multi-level, luxury townhouse units designed with double-master bedrooms and two-bath plans with optional conversion to three-bedroom, two-bath plans. All units contain double car garages and private exterior decks from the dining areas, as well as private fenced yards at the front entry. The sitework also involved a donation of land to be used as an expansion to an adjacent public park, as well as the Tollgate creek pedestrian path.
