Winona is a river port city in South Eastern MN with a population of about 27,000 people. Dr. Ken Chaffin and his wife Lela purchased the small animal portion of a mixed animal practice in 2000. Each year since they took over the practice it has grown, and was to the point of capacity for the lease space they were in. The Chaffin's decided that their business is ready to make the big move into a new facility and started to build their team by hiring TWC Sholar to help them through the process. Their new state of the art veterinary facility will be unlike anything the community has seen, and will offers services never before available in the area. From Luxury Boarding with a pool and indoor exercise area to special procedure rooms and even a comfortable staff lounge for their dedicated employees.
