This quaint one story brick building is located on a major street in an established part of Denver . This 4,400 square foot veterinary hospital will offer small animal medical services.

The charm of the interior is high exposed steel trusses with wood planking for the ceiling. We are working, not only with the veterinarian, but also with the building owner and the City for the development of the building. We are striving to obtain a "loft" feel with the exposed brick on the interior in the non-medical areas. Light will come into the large space through existing windows and skylights, creating a very uplifting ambiance.
