Greenfield's Veterinary Associates are in a home about 55 years old with a couple of additions completed in the 1970's. The roof has had leak issues above the wards and has some additional structural issues. They received an estimate that put the HVAC repair and unit relocation total to about $100,000. TWC Sholar was asked to compare renovating the existing facility vs tearing down and rebuilding on the same site. After much review and the feasibility study complete, it was determined that the amount of work needed to bring the current facility up to today's veterinary standards would be cost prohibitive. The new facility was not only a great solution for the practice but also fit the city's desire to continually improve the area.
Dr. Nina Beyer's desire for her new facility is to have " a calm look and feel, more functional, easy to clean and maintain, and a building that reflects the level of care that we offer!"
