This was a comparison between a tenant improvement and a build new in a rapidly expanding area south of Kansas City , MO. We assisted finding a lease space as well as a parcel of raw land. After completing a comparison Project Cost Study on both options it was determined that the new option was realistic and would be the best solution long term.
