This one-story, 8466 square foot facility services the medical, boarding and grooming needs of a long-standing small animal practice. The floor plan allows for efficient movement of hospital staff throughout the building. The exterior of the building reflects a modern design with decorative steel trellises. It utilizes textured block and synthetic stucco. The interior is warm and inviting with interest provided through the use of curved solid and glass walls.

The reception area offers separate waiting areas for dogs and cats. A curved glass wall off of the cat waiting area offers a visual into the cat boarding area. The large reception desk provides two check out stations to allow more privacy to the client. The boarding ward was designed for double deck kennels and includes a small and large tub for bathing.
